Users may create a login for the Halifax County website in order to stay connected to their local county government. Once logged in, visitors can choose the notifications they’d like to see receive, including calendars, news items and emergency alerts.

After you create your account, hover over the "How Do I...?" option at the top right of your main menu and choose Sign Up for Notifications. There, visitors can choose whether to receive SMS text or email notifications for meeting announcements, agendas & minutes, and more.
